The staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis East were welcoming and pleasant. The location was favorable. The rooms were bright and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety, including meat and muffins.

We had a great time at this hotel, it was very clean, peaceful, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about customer service; plus, it was conveniently located near the center.

The hotel was located next to conveniences and multiiple restaurants which offer a wide variety of food and all the attractions. We asked for a neat room with a separate bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa and got one. The location was marvellous in the Germantown area, we loved it. Local fast food option Chick-fil-A was 15 minutes walk away.

This hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and Memphis attractions, without being in a congested area. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and roomy. There are also great restaurants nearby, such as Ruth's Chris and Seasons 52, making dining options easily accessible. The location in the center of Memphis allows for easy exploration of the city.

There was a dusty and musty smell throughout the hotel, which was not pleasant for those with allergies or respiratory issues.

The check in and out process was simple and easy. Also, the free breakfast that was included with the price of the room.

The handle on the commode was loose and this made the commode hard to flush and the commode wouldn't stop running at times. Also, the water in face basin in the restoom was draing slow.

Location, location, location (close to interstate a plus for me) - Excellent breakfast (plenty of choices) & staff personnel were very attentive to spill & buffet replenishments.

I ask the cleaning person to return b/c I was in the shower - left towels outside door along with bathroom toiletries - never returned to vacuum or make-up beds @ 8:30 am???? would have preferred speedy check-out vs desk check-out......

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and we appreciated the sanitizing stations placed throughout the property. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful layout that impressed us. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to the expressway to easily access Memphis attractions, but still situated in a suburban area with plenty of nearby amenities such as fast food restaurants, Target, and REI. The staff was truly remarkable, providing great professional service and always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
